Book an Appointment

To get started you just have to book an appointment time with us! We are always welcoming to new patients! When booking either by phone, email or on our website scheduler please indicate that you are a new patient! To book by phone call: 555-444-3333 email: [email protected] or book an appointment by clicking the button below to book thru our website.

Fill Out a New Patient Form

We ask that all new patients fill out a new patient form so that we can add this information to our files. You are welcome to fill this form out ahead of time (download below) and email it back to us at: [email protected] or you can show-up 15-minutes early for your first appointment and fill it out at our office. Whichever you prefer!

At Your Appointment

First you will meet your hygienist and they will go over your new patient form. Next, you'll get a new set of x-rays taken and your hygienist will perform a through examination of your teeth and gums. Your teeth will then be cleaned and polished. As the last step your hygienist will go over some advice for you to be able to maintain your oral health at home until your next appointment!

Nervous About the Dentist?

If you are nervous or anxious about visiting the dentist, do not worry. You are not alone. There are many reasons that you could be anxious when visiting the dentist, and it is a very common fear. We offer sedation for patients that have anxiety related to dental work, you can even be sedated for cleanings. Make an appointment with us and mention that you have anxiety and we will be happy to help remove any barriers for you.

We aim to make your dental visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Conveniently use our WiFi or watch Netflix while you wait. We also have a dedicated room for kids to play. We are wheel chair accessible, offer ample free parking and we are close to public transit... we even have bike/stroller storage for those "rolling" into the office!
