Our COVID-19 Protocols

What to Expect

Before Your Appointment

We will email you before your appointment to confirm your date and time but we will also require you to submit a survey 48 hours prior to your appointment to indicate whether you are experiencing any symptoms related to covid-19.

Before Entering

When arriving at the office we ask you to text or call us to let you know you have arrived. We want to make sure that there isn't too many people in our waiting room/reception area. Once we have confirmed it is safe for you to enter, someone will ask you a few questions, take your temperature and get you to sanitize. We ask that you wear your mask within the office until you are asked to remove it by your hygienist.

After Your Appointment

When your appointment is finished, we will ask you to put your mask back on before entering any common spaces. If you have to use any payment systems at the front or use a pen we will ask you to sanitize and will sanitize them before handing you these items.

Cleaning the Office

We keep the operatories safe by sanitizing between appointments and we also have air purifiers in each of the rooms. As for the common spaces we have someone cleaning surfaces after each use. Every night we leave our air purifiers running so that the air will be clear of any impurities.
